All kittens sold as pet or breeders will have a Health Certificate, provided by a Certified Veterinarian that will give the kitten a physical examination and all his or her updated shots, for his or her age, They also will be tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV which will show negative on the Health Certificate. Feline Leukemia, FIV or FIP vaccines are highly NOT recommended to be giving to any kitten(s), or Warranty will be Voided. All sales are final. Refund or replacement of Cat or kitten if any, is at the Breeders discretion. All Deposits are non Refundable, no exemptions.
We at Liz Top Cat take time making sure that the kittens are ready to go to deserving homes. We don’t let them leave unless they are healthy, well socialized, experienced with car rides, children, dogs and affectionate towards people.
Our kittens are weaned and eat solid foods when they are approximately 5-6 weeks of age, but we typically don’t let them leave the cattery until they are about 9 weeks or older. This time is used to make sure that your family is going to receive the most well behaved, healthy, and playful kitten possible. All sales are final. Refund or replacement if any, is at the Breeders discretion, and deposits are Non Refundable.

We cannot hold any kitten without a deposit
All pet prices: start at $1,700 and $1,900 Chocolates, Lilacs, Calicos and bi-color kittens, their pet prices start at $ 1,800 and $2,600. All kittens will be sold as pets. Breeders and show quality will be extra (double the pet price and Up) and you must specify that you are buying the kitten as a breeder, even if you are going to breed the kitten only ONE time. A non-refundable deposit of $600.00 minimum @ kitten is required, balance must be paid prior to shipping or if pick up, by Cash. You can also elect to use PayPal or Square to make your payment a 3.5% fee will apply . For other payment options please call or e-mail me.
Kittens bought as pets will not get CFA papers. Only kittens (Cats) bought as breeders will get CFA papers.
All Florida residents must add 7% Taxes to kitten price.
Kitten (s) must be pick up within a week of getting their Health Certificate, after that week will be boarding charges, $10.00 per day.
Local checks will be accepted only to reserve a kitten, any fees your bank charges for cashing your check will be your responsibility, please check with your bank about fees for cashing checks.
